Purpose 

The objective of the Scholarship is to reward and encourage high school seniors; who are residents of the Bloomingdale community, who wish to pursue a college career, and to honor the exemplary efforts and outstanding dedication of B. J. Stelter, principal of Bloomingdale Senior High School.

All awards are for graduates of the current school year and are non-renewable.
