The Bloomingdale Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors would like to welcome you to our community. We believe Bloomingdale delivers a 1st class living experience where residents take pride in the maintenance of their homes and their community.
While the BHA is a totally volunteer organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing the special quality of life in our community, we always need volunteers. Volunteering is a great opportunity to get involved and help make Bloomingdale an even better place to live.

We have provided a lot of information on this website about our community, the BHA and our activities. In the future there will be new and exciting changes to the website. JULY 2008 YARD OF THE MONTH
Congratulations to Deborah Badertscher of 4021 Fontana Place, Valrico Florida!
Her home has been selected as the Bloomingdale "Yard of the Month". Each month, a home that exhibits the care, attention and pride that the residents of Bloomingdale invest in their homes will be featured on the Bloomingdale Gazette online edition, as well as the Bloomingdale Gazette print edition. Ms. Badertscher will receive a $25.00 gift certificate to the Bloomingdale Ace Hardware in honor of their selection.
